John Burdon-Bailey

John
Burdon-Bailey Non-Executive Chairman John has considerable board level
experience with large and small UK companies with a background of strategic
planning and commercial delivery. From 2000 to 2004, John worked with Campus
Ventures operating Technology Business Incubators and is chairman of two other
technology companies. He joined the Tekgenuity/ Chromasonics Team in 2001
bringing his valuable experience and understanding to address the challenges
facing a new developing business.

TEKGENUITY TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Roger K. Todd IEng, FIEE

Roger is the founder of
the company and the inventor of the technology. He started his career in the
Royal Air Force as an Avionics Engineer. This was followed by working for GEC
Elliot Process Automation as a Telemetry Applications Engineer, Cossor
Electronics as a Project Manager before moving to work for Ferranti
International in Manchester. Here Roger worked in the Communication systems
division managing the development of Command and Control Systems before
becoming a very successful Project Trouble Shooter. After leaving Ferranti
Roger ran his own consultancy (Remote Services Technology), specialising in
Crisis Project Management, before starting the innovation company, Tekgenuity
Limited, which eventually gave birth to Chromasonic Systems Division. During
his commercial career Roger was responsible for the production of many
innovative ideas which went on to be successful commercial products. Key to the
setting up of Tekgenuity was this ability along with his strong Project
Management abilities. |
